Does Nudge send messages to my clients?
Never. Nudge writes the message and opens your own WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, SMS or email app with it filled in. You read it, tweak it if you like, and press Send. That's also why it works in every country with no per-message fees.
Do I need Xero, QuickBooks or another accounting tool?
No. Keep invoicing the way you do today, whether that's Word, Canva, Wave or a PDF from your bank. Paste the invoice into Nudge and it pulls out the details.
Which languages are supported?
English, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Indonesian and Arabic, each with polite phrasing written for that language. Thai messages use your choice of ครับ or ค่ะ, and you can edit every template.
Is this a debt collection service?
No. Nudge helps you send polite, professional reminders about your own invoices. Messages never threaten anyone. The firmest template simply says you'll pause work until the account is settled.
How is the reliability score worked out?
From how many days after the due date a client usually pays, including invoices that are still unpaid, and how often they keep the payment dates they give you. Only you can see it.
Where is my data stored?
In a Postgres database with row-level security, so only your account can read your invoices. The live demo keeps its sample data in your own browser.
How much does it cost?
Nudge is free for up to 3 open invoices, with every language and messaging app included. Pro is $4.99 a month or $49 a year for unlimited invoices and AI import. No card is needed to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings, then Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and your invoices stay on the free plan afterwards.
