Terms of service

Nudge helps freelancers and small businesses keep track of unpaid invoices and prepare polite reminders. It doesn't send messages for you: it opens your own WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, SMS or email app with a draft you can edit and send. Nudge isn't a debt collection agency, a law firm or an accounting service.

Nudge is new and still changing. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You sign in with your email address or a Google account. Anyone who can open that email can sign in to your Nudge account, so keep it secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and you use Nudge for your business.

• Pro: unlimited open invoices, for US$4.99 a month or US$49 a year.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel, and the final price is shown at checkout. If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least 14 days before your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your invoices stay where they are; you just can't have more than 3 open at once on the free plan.

Payments aren't refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund or we choose to make an exception. If something went wrong, email nudgeapp.team@icloud.com and we'll do our best to help.

• Only use Nudge for real invoices, for work you did or goods you supplied.
• Keep messages honest, polite and lawful. Don't use Nudge to harass, threaten, shame or mislead anyone, or to contact people who have asked you to stop.
• You're responsible for the messages you send, and for having a lawful reason to store your clients' contact details.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around Nudge's limits or security.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

What you put into Nudge stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Nudge for you, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your invoices as a CSV file at any time, and ask us to delete your account.

We work hard to keep Nudge running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it briefly for maintenance or updates.

Nudge is provided “as is”. It helps you ask for payment, but it can't make your clients pay. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or unpaid invoices, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can't be limited.

You can stop using Nudge and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Nudge down, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Nudge after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
